Q. How do I pay for the premium services on your site?
A. We are only charging for limited services . Searching the database and placing a basic ad without product image are FREE! Trade Leads available to PAID members only . iF you want to upload six product images you have to acquire Gold Membership & if more than six images You have to acquire Premium Membership. Premier Members get privileged on Gold Members as far as Search Results concern.

Q. I forgot my password. How do I get back in?
A. We've got an online form that might be able to help you out. A. Regularly ! Ads submitted online will appear here within 24 to 48 hours .

Place an Ad FAQs
Q. How you Post an AD with us ?.
Without image ,you can post your ad free for three months, however image uploads required our paid memberships. This memberships are for 2 years with a nominal very low fees suitable for each & every individuals budget. In the top-right corner of our pages you will find a "POST ADD" button . Click this button to begin the simple 3-step process of posting your ad.
Step 1: Location
Please select the location Which helps you to geographically target a specific group of people which may be interested in your ad.
Step 2: Category
Pick the category which describes your product or service which further may be subdivided in sub-categories - continue selecting until you get to a suitable category/sub-category.
Step 3: Create Your Ad
Type a short ad headline but descriptive and the body of your ad in the appropriate fields.
A valid e-mail address is required to forward to you responses to your ad.
If you want you can also fill other fields in the ad submission form* (e.g. contact phone, uploading an image) to allow interested parties to contact you easier.
*Information other than your email address that is provided by you on
your ad is visible on the internet. Please make sure that you do not provide
any information that you don't want published or seen.

Q. How much does it cost to place an online?
A. There is no charge for Basic ads without image. They are FREE and always will be! But certain facilities are available to subscribed paid members only. Their ads are also get front and upper positions in serach options. Remember up to 6 photos are available for Gold Members and no limit of images are fior our Premium members. [TOP]
Q. How long does my ad run for?
A. Basic Free ads without image will run for 3 months. Photo Plus! Ads with Gold Membership & Premium Membership will run for 2 Years . Sponsorship advertisements are booked on a contractual basis and can run for multiple months.
Q. Do I have to be a site user to place an ad?
A. Yes. All ads placed through Indian e Space require you to be a site user so that you can modify, renew, or delete your ad at any time & anywhere. Registration It's free.
Q. How many ads can I place?
A. You may place one free ads at any one time with one password. After that, you must either delete an ad or purchase Upgrades, which is a Basic ad with special paid features in Gold Or Premium Membership with 6 to unlimited photographs. With Images ads receive increased visibility and preferred placement during searches, thereby making your ad more likely to be noticed.
Q. What if I can't find a category that exactly describes my item?
A. With a very descriptive categories section , we hope that we have best captures each & everything ,what you are trying to sell. However, if you really feel that there is no category that is just right, book your ad in the category that best captures what it is you are trying to sell and e-mail us. And, as this is an interactive medium, we will modify our category structure based on the comments we do receive. After all, we want this to work for you.
Q. How can I renew my ad?
A. You can easily renew your ad from your account. & password Free ads may only be renewed 3 times. After that point, you must renew your ad with paid features. All paid members can renew or update their ads themselves as often as they needed even at every hour of the day.
Q. I sold my item; how do I delete my ad?
A. First off, Congratulations! That's what we are all about. You can delete your ad from your Indian e space or in case of any service offers it will automatically deleted after 2 years .
Q. Can you guarantee that I will sell my item?
A. We put your ad in front of as many people as we possibly can, but we
can't guarantee success. We are also providing to our paid clients the
wish list option which easily clarifies the leads generated or the product/service
seen by the buyers. Trade leads also helps to search the targeted clients,
hence empower your business growth.
Advertising Information & Guidelines

Information
" All ads submitted will be published online 24 to 72 hours after submission upon review.
" Ads are not considered submitted if they are pending payment.
" Refunds: Indian e Space Classifieds will not be responsible for errors
made by the customer while submitting their advertising. Should a customer
detect an error in their advertisement, it is the responsibility of the
customer to go online and modify the ad. Upgrades may not be modified
until the ad is renewed. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact
Indian e Space via email to Support@Indianespace.com within two (2) days
of detecting any other errors in order for Indian e Space Crew. In no
case shall error credit exceed the prepaid cost of the advertisement for
2 Years . All error credit is applied to future subscriptions - NO REFUNDS.
Guidelines
" Ads containing words in ALL CAPS will be deleted.
" Ads without proper use of spaces will be deleted.
" Ads with excessive characters, abused words (@@##$$~~!!) or HTML will be deleted.
" Ads that are deemed prank in nature will be deleted.
" Limit of 1 category per free ad. Free ads placed in multiple categories will be deleted.
" All duplicate free ads will be deleted.
" Indiian e Space reserves the right not to publish any ad that does not follow the policy of the publisher.

environment & platform which buyers and sellers are honest and trustworthy.
To help promote smooth transactions, Indian e Space would like to remind
you about some important steps you can take to ensure that your buying
and selling experiences on Indian e Space are enjoyable and hassle free.
Here are a few safety tips to keep in mind. These tips are not designed
to scare you, but to encourage you to be smart, use common sense, and
have fun.
Know who you are dealing with
Transactions are between buyers and sellers, so it's important to know who you're dealing with. Deals should only go forward if buyers and sellers are comfortable with each other and with the terms of the sale. Buyers: Contacting the seller is an excellent way to learn more about the item, shipping/transaction location, and accepted methods of payment. Sellers: Get to know your buyer by requesting contact information. Remember, your best safeguard when making any purchase is common sense. If an item seems to good to be true, do some research before completing your transaction. Buyers should be cautious if the seller requests money to be sent to a different location than is in the ad/auction itself. Keep records of all correspondence
Hold on to any email, notes, shipping documents, and payment information.
Be sure to print a copy of the ad! These records may prove useful in the
rare event that you need to seek a refund from a seller or report an incident
of fraud.
